This Case Study is based on an existing house, located in Zephyr Cove, Nevada.

The client brief is to improve the use of space and to increase the sleeping capacity from 8 to 12 or 14 of the vacation house. The family leads urban lives, so it was also important for them that the house feels close to nature, peaceful, relaxing, easy to live in.
