For this Case Study, the brief was the following: the clients are a couple living most of their time away from London, and this flat will be their pied-a-terre when they are in the city. It needs to be functional and allow the couple to receive friends comfortably. They want to sacrifice one of the two bedrooms to create a larger living space.
